It seems that the name of the new album has changed, and we finally
have a release date! It has been cofrimed that "A Deleted Symphony
for the Beaten Down" will be released on September 8 in North America
and September 24 in Europe. I plan on having a new website to coincide
with the record's release.

Well, an update is long overdue but I've been VERY busy with school
this semester. According to Relapse, the new album has been pushed back
to the fall. BUT, there are finally some new TOURDATES!!!!

Just finished chatting with Ben today. Once again, there will be
10 songs on the new Soilent Green record, which will be titled "The
Devil Wears A Lamb Skin". Release date is set for May 1! Also,
he's going to be sending me some merch pics and info so we can start
selling through the website!

Well a happy belated birthday to the site, we turned one year old on
09/04/00!
An update has been long overdue, but here's what I've got. I
chatted with Ben yesterday and he said that the band has finished the new album!
There are 10 tracks in total and it should be out in the new year followed by a
tour! He also mentioned that Ben Stout has left Goatwhore and they are now a
four-piece. This may be old news for some but I figured I'd mention it.
In other news, it has come to my attention that for some strange reason,
the song Sewn Mouth Secrets has been floating around eBay and Napster
labeled as Slipknot perorming a cover of Korn's Blind with Jonathan
Davis and Chino Moreno on vocals. I have no idea why, Slipknot does not
sound like Soilent Green, and Sewn Mouth Secrets does not sound like
Blind. If you have Napster and see people with Slipknot performing
Blind, do everyone a favor and Instant Message them with the truth.

European tour dates have been added to the tour
section.
I've also made some minor adjustments to the
site so people with higher resolution can see it well, in addition to optimizing
all the images for faster load time.

This is a statement from Ben Falgoust that I
found on Gagged And Slapped:
"Donovan has retired from music. Not just Soilent,
but from music all together. He wants to spend time with his kids. Ben
Stout from Goatwhore
has taken his place and is learning all of Donovan's
parts. We hope to go record the new stuff in Februaury. We are also supposed
to go on
tour in Europe in April/May with CROWBAR."
This is old news (November), but I just found
out today, and it really is HUGE news! Sorry it took so long!
01/02/00
Happy New Year, everyone! I've added some
new
pictures, go check 'em out!
Thanks to all who have signed the guestbook
and emailed me showing your support for the page, it's great to know that
people appreciate my work!
